Hello ,

I am Tushar Ashok Chandanshive. I am from Kolhapur and I’ve completed B.tech in Mechanical engineering from Walchand college of Engineering , Sangli. Recently , I have completed the course ‘ Professional Design Thinking  in Batch-40 from CAD Infield Technologies.

This course covers understanding and hands-on experience with SolidWorks and CATIA software, which are in great demand in industry. Here, I had the opportunity to work on industry-related projects, 3D software, soft skills, personality development, and design calculations. The course helped me improve my knowledge of Industrial Pneumatics, Gear Design & True Involute Calculations, Catalogue Selection, Finite Elements Analysis, Product Data Management (PDM), Shaft Design, Excel Design Calculation, Design Automation, and many other topics.

I enrolled in the course as a Fresher, and it has undoubtedly beAen the most life-changing decision of my life. Mr. Aatmling, my mentor, provided me with excellent coaching and industry knowledge. Sir has over 16 years of experience in design and specializes in robotics, design automation, and material handling. Sir guarantees that each student’s progress is tracked and led, creating a motivated and helpful learning atmosphere.

CAD Infield’s environment is designed so that students may achieve and excel in their careers. The platform, such as the GD session, has provided me with the opportunity to present in front of a group and gain a deeper understanding of Core Subjects.
Also , ‘Communication skills’ sessions helped me in transition ‘ Student to Professional’.

Technical Skills alone are not enough ; personality development and effective communication are crucial for professional growth. I want to express gratitude to Swati mam. Her sessions focused on public speaking, interview preparation, team building activities, resume building, and English communication.

The sessions helped preparing for Interviews, boosting confidence and effective presentation skills.

As a Fresher, I would recommend this course to anyone interested in design and wanting to advance their profession. The course contents, personal assistance, and knowledge will all help you gain confidence.
