My Name is Saksham Manik Wagh. I have completed my graduation 2023 from Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering Pune After my Graduation, with the dream of becoming an design engineer I searched and visited a lot of coaching centres in Pune. But what I found in almost every coaching centre is that they are only teaching the software related skills i.e. how to operate the cad tools like SolidWorks, Catia, AutoCAD etc. But then I had a different experience after visiting CAD Infield Technologies. Here I came to know that there is a difference between a designer and a modelling professional. My perspective of thinking a designer only creates new models in software was changed.
At CAD Infield Technologies I came to know that a Designer is one that not only models new ideas but also makes it as practical as possible considering different aspects of design. When one thinks of design he should make the product practical (i.e. it should be manufacturable, it should be sustainable, it should be economically feasible, etc.).
At CAD Infield Technologies in the course period of 6 months apart from SolidWorks I gained a lot of knowledge regarding Design of Machine Elements like Design of – Gear, Shaft, Bearing, Coupling, Keys, Lever, Circlip, Hardware Specifications, Pneumatics and many more. While in college I had studied the above topics only to clear my exams but didn’t know there importance. At this institute I came to know the real value of this knowledge. It has helped me a lot as this knowledge is very much needed in almost every company. Apart from SolidWorks and Design Calculation knowledge they have also provided various industrial visits which really helps one to get the insight of how things work in an industry.
Also I had a stage fear which at this training centre was eliminated due to the G.D. sessions and support from the staff. Also the Interview fear was wiped away due to the Mock Interviews conducted here. I also got various Certifications like SOLIDWORKS PDM, GD&T, CSWA, CSWP due to the proper guidance of Aatmling Sir and Swati Mam.
These Certifications are needed to show one’s proficiency in handling CAD tools while being productive at the same time which is needed for one’s career growth. It has made me the perfect candidate which a company requires. Because of above all listed parameters I have successfully landed a job in Domain of Design and Manufacturing of Combustion Control and Safety Equipment’s.
The Staff at CAD Infield Technologies is very much supportive and has really helped me in my Overall development as a design engineer.
Lastly I would like to say that CAD Infield Technologies is a wholesome package one should really opt for.
