Hello Everyone, I’m Prasad Sunil Rahane. Completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from D Y Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, Pune. I am from Nashik.

Since my Polytechnic Education, I’ve been very keen on the Design field. But something was missing & that part was Design Thinking, which wasn’t developed well during the curriculum of my engineering. So, after completing my BE in Mechanical Engineering, I searched a lot of CAD institutes to improve my Skills & Design Thinking & almost all of them were providing different kinds of software packages with modeling. I wasn’t convinced by the software packages & one fine day I got CAD Infield Technologies as a result of one of my Google searches & I visited & immediately made a decision to join the institute.
And now after completing the course & getting placed in one of the reputed Engineering Service Industries, I can proudly say that my Choice was right.

What I learned in CAD Infield Technologies:-
1. Importance of Engineering Drawing, along with Standards from ANSI.
2. Design Calculation of various machine components.
3. Catalogue selection of various bought-out components which is essential to work with standardized products.
4. Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances along with their Industrial Application.

And these were a glimpse of the curriculum but apart from this what you’ll learn here is:-

1. Joining this institute is not like you’ve joined another college or tuition, here you’ve to present yourself so that you’ll be ahead of the crowd.
2. As Motivation fades & Discipline builds our career, we’ll get deadlines for Projects & we’ve to finish them within due time to get the next projects, so the ability to work under pressurize situation is also developed.
3. Soft Skills are like the Cherry on Top which are also needed to complete the package of a Successful Design Engineer along with technical skills & here you’ll get huge learnings regarding various soft skills.

And when you’ll complete this & go to any Industry for work you’ll be ahead of many!!

Overall, I feel joining CAD Infield Technologies is one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding my career.
