My name is Onkar Kuntla ,
I recently completed the Design Thinking Training Program at CAD Infield Technologies, and it was truly an enriching and career-enhancing experience. The program provided comprehensive knowledge not only in 3D modeling but also in important industrial concepts such as pneumatics, component selection, and Product Data Management (PDM), helping me gain a deeper understanding of real-world engineering workflows and industry practices.One of the most valuable aspects of the training was the balance between theoretical concepts and practical application. The sessions were highly interactive and well-structured, including group discussions, collaborative activities, and hands-on learning that encouraged creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and always motivated us to think practically and confidently.
This training program has greatly improved my CAD design skills, technical understanding, and overall confidence as an engineering student. It has inspired me to approach design with a more innovative and industry-oriented mindset.
I sincerely appreciate the guidance, support, and learning environment provided by the entire team at CAD Infield Technologies. I would highly recommend this program to students and professionals who wish to strengthen their design and engineering fundamentals and prepare themselves for real industrial challenges.
