Hello All, My name is Shubham Jagadale, recently I placed as Junior Design Engineer.

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in mechanical from Sinhgad College of Engineering Vadgoan in 2024. I joined CAD Infield Technologies in Feb 2026 with the aim to grow my self by taking practical knowledge and finding career path in mechanical design.

I feel that joining CAD Infield was one of the best decisions I made for my professional growth.

I want to specially thank to Aatmaling Sir and Swati Mam who has contributed their best for the better future of students. I feel that the things that Aatmaling sir teach us is very useful and crucial for our future. Design calculations, Shaft Design, Catlogue selection and GD and T are most crucial topics in Industry. Sir teach us that getting job is not difficult but gaining knowledge is very difficult.

The consistent guidance and encouragement from Swati Ma’am and Aatmling Sir played an important role in improving my skills and ultimately helping me achieve my placement.
